Definitions On the Waybill, "we", "our", and "us" all refer to Dasheng International Logistics Co., Ltd., its subsidiaries and branches, and their respective employees."You" and "your" refer to the consigner and its employees, principals, and agents. The consigner will share the responsibilities and obey the terms regardless of your signature on this waybill.

Freightage The transportation will be charged according to the Larger amount between Weight and Bulk.

Your Obligations It shall be warranted that each article for shipment is acceptable for transportation and properly described on this Waybill and any export documents. Embargo articles, Dangerous cargos and Injurants which violate the regulations of IATA, ICAO, Government and Relative Organization are not accepted for transportation, such as arms, flesh, illegal stupefacient and poison. Limited articles such as food, medication, powder and disks, are only accepted with efficient documents after going through relative legal procedures. Each article shall be properly marked, addressed, and packed to ensure safe transportation. The consigner shall be responsible for any cost caused by claim for returning or warehousing pending disposition.

Right to Inspect Your shipment may, at our option or at the request of governmental authorities, be opened and inspected by us or such authorities at any time.

No Warranties We make no warranties, expressed or implied.

Liabilities Not Assumed We will be liable for safe transportation but not for loss, damage, delay, shortage, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation, or failure to provide information in connection with your shipment caused by events out of control, including but not limited to force majeure, war, strikes, civil commotions, or negligence from public authorities (including customs, environmental and health organizations).

Air Carriage Notice If the air freight involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure, the Warsaw Convention and any of its subsequent amendments and protocols (“Warsaw Convention”) may be applicable and govern and in most cases limit our liability for loss, damage, delay, shortage, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation, or failure to provide information in connection with your shipment.

Declared Value Limits The highest declared value shall be limited to the actual value and moreover, limited to US$100 or US$20.00 per kilogram.

Claim for Loss, Damage, or Delay All claims shall be informed to us in written form in 30 days after transportation and all relevant documents and materials shall be sent to us in 15 days afterwards. All claims shall only be attended after all transportation charges have been paid and the indemnity may not be deducted from those charges.

Mandatory Law If any provision contained or referred to in this Waybill may be contradicted to any applicable International treaties, laws, governmental regulations, orders, or requirements, such provision shall remain in effect as part of our agreement to the extent that it is not overridden. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect any other provision contained or referred to in this Waybill.
